We’ve put two beloved and popular foods into a combined taste of comfort, and warmth with a little added fibre to support gut health. happiGut™ pumpkin hummus, because you can never have too much pumpkin or hummus.


  • 1 tablespoon happiGut™ prebiotic fibre
  • 10 oz can of organic pumpkin purée
  • 10 oz can of organic chickpeas
  • 3 tablespoons of tahini
  • 2 cloves of garlic, roasted then crushed
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of prepared curry powder or (1 teaspoon ground cumin, 1 teaspoon ground coriander, 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala)
  • 1 tsp salt or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of sumac for sprinkling (optional)


  • Add chickpeas, olive oil and tahini to food processor, and blend till chunky
  • Add spices, happiGut™ fibre and lemon juice and blend till smooth
  • Serve in a shallow dish or bowl and sprinkle a teaspoon of sumac to add a little colour and zest.
